"Inunaki mountain Shippouryuji Temple"

in the oldest Japanese sacred mountain,

and "RYO*SHIN*KOU" filled with an

unexplored nature on a land of mystery

in Izumisano City, Osaka


Kaminogo area in Izumisano City in Osaka

located near Kansai International Airport.

An old traditional Japanese-style house surrounded by nature

with special events held only on Monday every week.

”Shuttle Bus by Buddist monks”

Since we will pick you up with our shuttle bus

from one of the three locations near Rinku Town

Station, Izumisano Station and Hineno Station,

please select the stop nearest you when making a reservation.

Temple" might get bumpy. If you are prone

Unique experiences of Goma-Kitou

(a Buddist praying ritual) 

In order to ward off evil and make a wish through praying,

we make a

fire offering by burning small pieces of wood

on the altar

※Trails leading to "Inunaki

mountain Shippouryuji Temple" might be uneven and rough so please

watch your step and wear clothes that

are flexible and that you do not mind getting dirty.

※Please take your garbage to the bus and

throw it in the trash can there.

※All children and adults are required to use

the restroom in the designated areas.

※If you cannot enter the Temple for religious

reasons, please consult us in advance.

※Please do not touch recklessly or take away any

plants,animals and items from the premises or

the facility. Do not feed animals.

We write down our prayers or gratitudes on EMAs

(the votive tablets) and hang them as a form of

dedication to the Temple.


After hanging up the EMAs, we will walk around

the premises of "inunaki mountain Shippouryuuji Temple".

which is handed down from ancient times in Japan.

You can taste them all at once.

The meal is a truly wel- balanced one

in terms of nutrition.

The brown rice used is chemical-free,

and is harvested from the rice field

within the premises.

Please enjoy the local foods including

fresh fishes and vegetables from this area.


※There is only one single menu. The menue changes on a monthly basis.

※A children's menu is provided in case of a child under .

×No special arrangments made to menus for vegans nor people with an allergy .

Shrimps, crabs, wheat, eggs, buckwheat, milk,

peanust, walnuts, etc. are used

as ingredients for the dishes.

to any food or you cannot eat certain food for religeous reasons.

Activity: "Scent Making" using Japanese fragrances.

(with a Japanese traditional fan

to enjoy the scenting)


You are going to mix by yourselves several kinds of

natural essential oils which mainly include

Japanese-style fragrances such as

Japanese cypress, acitron(yuzu),etc., to make fragrances

in the room of the old house. After that, 

you are going to create a scent and can bring it home

together with a traditional Japanese fan with patterns of your choice.


The created scent can be dripped on the fan

and it smells gently every time you fan it.

・Sensu (Japanese traditional fan)


※ There are Japanese and

foreign-made essential oils.

 (Not all of them are necessarily made in Japan. 

The country of origin depends on the

place of production.)

× Essential oils are not drugs. Please

avoid drinking or applying them directly to the skin.

× Children under two may not participate in the scent-making activity.

Activity: Making chocolate using ingredients

that reflect the four seasons of Japan

The fruity taste of the

freshly made chocolate is superb!

We also offer toppings made with ingredients that

correspond to the four seasons of Japan.

※There are ingredients that might cause allergic reactions so

please check the components of the ingredients

before participating in the activity.

(As it is said that the cacao allergy is actually an allergy

caused by the metal nickel, please be

drop by the shop in the facility for

souvenirs.
